CODE 17: NO GIRL

This code means that the female model is actually just a little girl shown as an adult woman.

The message behind this is that the girl is already a grown woman, contrary to code 16 (grown woman is a little girl). Again this has to do with the idea that woman don't leave girlhood behind. And the little girls (just children) are in the same sexual vibe as adult women are.
